tak z toho jsem trochu jelen ... teď vůbec nevím co s tím ale odkazuje to na Microsoft Fix it, což jsem našla tady http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/cs mám to projet tím..?

Vlevo -> "Podívejte se na původní stránku" - začne se stahovat FixIt - po stažení zkusíš spustit/instalovat

tak já nevím, mě se normálně nespustilo ani tohle - ani po restartu (v aplikaci doslo k chybe a nelze pokracovat, opakujte akci pozdeji)... nabídlo mi to v té chybové hlášce ještě jinej program (DIAG_MATS_NETWORK_global.DiagCab) k opravení týhle chyby...

Zkontroluj jak máš nastavené Automatické aktualizace
nevím jak přesně to mají Visty, ale někde v Ovládacích panelech to snad najdeš

Tak poslední otázka - někdy je problém s instalacemi u nelegálních OS

Máš Visty legální a aktivované

no mám tu pořád stejnej OS od koupě noťasu (už nějakej rok to je a nepřeinstalovávala jsem je ), tak počítám s tím, že je legální aktivovaný budou asi taky, řekla bych?
Ono se to začalo spouštět a jednou mi to i vyhodilo, že to blokuje nějakej pogram, ale když jsem klikla na přepnout, abych to mohla vypnout, tak se mi otevřela nabídka Start a instalace se vypla... Nejdřív jsem myslela jestli to nedělá ten Repair-tool.exe, ale když jsem ho odinstalovala, tak beze změn ...
Tak já udělám tu čistku, ještě jednou to projedu Defragglerem a zkusím to třeba zas? Nemůže to blokovat ještě nějakej jinej z těch čistících pogramů, co jsme používali v půběhu...?

Start -> Všechny programy -> Příslušenství -> pravé tlačítko myši na Příkazový řádek -> vyber Spustit jako správce
Do příkazového řádku napiš příkaz
sfc /scannow
a stiskni klávesu <ENTER>
