Automatické aktualizácie

Dobrý večer prajem, rád by som vás požiadal o pomoc s mojim problémom, jedná sa automatické aktualizácie windowsu 7 home premium, všimol som si, že sa mi už nejakú dobu nenaskakujú aktualizácie, čítal som rôzne veci na oficiálnych stránkach, no problém sa mi nepodarilo vyriešiť, boli by ste prosím takí ochotní a skúsili mi poradiť? (história aktualizácií boli premazaná, preto tie "nikdy") Prosím, na mňa pomaly, v tomto nie som veľmi zdatný. Dovolil som si spraviť aj nejaké screeny pre lepšiu predstavu problému.

• Spustte a potvrdte Yes abyste potvrdil reinstalaci sluzeb
• Nasledne kliknutim na Yes potvrdte restart PC
• Na Plose vznikne slozka CC Support, najdete tam log SvcRepair.txt - mel by byt CC Support\Logs\SvcRepair.txt - vlozte mi jej sem

• Soubor ulozte jako del.bat
• Pri ukladani dejte ulozit jako typ Vsechny soubory (nastevni je uvedeno na obrazku nize)
• 
• Zavrit notepad a spustit dvojklikem del.bat
• Okno jen problikne a provede mazani - soubor muzete smazat

Restart PC

Zkuste vyhledat a nainstalovat aktualizace

Pekný deň, problém stále pretrváva, myslím, že komplikácie vznikli pri otvorení súboru del.bat, ktorý som vytvoril a spustil podľa návodu, no okno len neprebliklo, prikladám výpis z príkazového riadku.

Zkuste na del.bat kliknout pravym tlacitkem a dat Spustit jako spravce

Po spustení súboru ako správca vyzeral môj príkazový riadok takto,

následne sa vypol.

Po reštartovaní notebooku a snahe vyhľadať aktualizácie,



po opätovnom reštartovaní ntb sa scenár opakuje, problém s windows update.

Nie, aktualizácie stále nejdú, stále tá istá chyba ako v 5. screene prvého príspevku. Áno, windows mám legálny.

Pak bych se asi obratil na technickou podporu microsoftu, mate na ni bezplatny narok, jelikoz mate jejich produkt zakoupen...

Skúsil som ešte https://support2.microsoft.com/gp/windo ... -issues/sk, po spustení diagnostiky mi vyhodilo toto, možno mi budete vedieť povedať k tomu viac, ak to nepôjde, tak sa skúsim obrátiť na spomínaný microsoft

Ja bych nevahal s kontaktovani podpory - oni Vam mohou poslat primo jejich nejaky HotFix na opravu...
