Nefunkční Bluetooth

Dobrý večer, mám otázku ohledně NTB Dell Inspiron 17 - 3737. Když jsem ho zakoupil, tak zde byl WIN 8. Po přeinstalaci na WIN 7 a instalování všech driverů, jsem přišl na to, že mi nefunguje Bluetooht. Po konzultaci v prodejně, kde popravují PC mi řekli, že je někde kolize driverů... Zkoušel jsem snad vše ale jsem stále neúspěšný. Dokážete mi někdo na dálku poradit? Díky za jakoukoli radu.

příště se ptejte v prodejně, kde pc opravují, popravit si ho můžete vždycky sám

1. instaloval jste tento ovladač Dell Wireless 1705 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver v10.0.0.301,A01 ?

2. ve Správci zařízení se zobrazují zařízení Bluetooth? bez vykřičníku?

Dobré ráno,

tento driver jsem zkoušel instalovat. Bohužel z plochy se mi v podstatě nespustil vůbec, nicméně z jeho logu jsem pochopil, že ho chce mít v c:\ProgramData\Dell\drivers\ takže jsem ho sem zkopíroval.Nicméně, zde se Install Shield Wizard spustil, ale za chvíli oznámil chybu - viz první příloha a Log problému.
Ve správci zařízení se část Bluetooth tváří bez problému, dokonce je v oznamovací oblasti ikona Bluetooth, ale když dám přidat zařízení, tak se nic nenajde. Pokud dám odebrat zařízení Bluetooth z NTB, tak se odebere a za chvíli Plug and Play zahlásí instalaci driverů právě k Bluetooth. To bohužel neproběhne bez problémů - viz poslední obrázek.
