Po reinstallu PC lagování/sekání videí v VLC playeru

Dobrý den,
po reinstalu mám já i kamarád stejný problém - při přehrávání videí ve VLC playeru se videa lagují/sekají..vždy jen na cca 5-10s a pak je vše v pořádku..
Není to načítání videí, ale prostě se najednou začnou lagovat (rychlé záběry lag, přechod z jedné osoby na druhou -lag apod.)
Děje se to u různých videí i formátů (AVI, MKV A MP4)
OS jsme reinstalovali na SSD, AHCI bylo zapnuté v BIOS, ovladače jsme nainstalovali snad všechny (chipset, grafika, usb, net a audio), to samé windows update a VLC jsme zkoušeli přeinstalovat
Log snad nebude třeba / nově reinstalovaný win 7 HP 64bit
Už si nevíme rady/před reinstalem s tímto problémy nebyli
Předem děkuji za rady

Nevím přesně kam by toto mohlo patřit - kdyžtak to prosím někdo přesuňte :)

Zdravím!
Jaká je velikost RAM v PC? Máte nainstalovány všechny ovladače hardwrau? Jiná prohlížeč (například VMP) se neseká?

16GB RAM, jiný jsme nezkoušeli, ale na netu/yt nám to nedělá..pouze offline
zkusili jsme starší verzi driverů nvidia - uvidíme zda to bylo nebo nebylo tím..

tak lagy tam jsou pořád - ve wmp nic nepřehraju/nemám v pc kodeky, ale zkusili jsme nainstalovat mk player (který má stejně jako VLC své vlastní) a problém byl i tam
už mě nic jiného nenapadá - vás jo?
nechápu jak můžou být problémy s VLC, když používá vlastní kodeky a zvláště až po reinstallu na obou PC :?:

Mně také nenapadá nic. Zkoušel jste třeba jinou verzi VLC? VLC zřejmě vadí něco, co máte v PC nainstalováno.

zkusim, ale problém není jen u VLC - je to všude (viz příspěvek výše)..
a věci co mám v pc? skoro nic (steam, battle, mozillu, spotify a ts)..čili to co předtím :/

Zkusíme se ještě podívat na disk. Stáhněte, nainstalujte a spusťte CrystalDiskInfo: http://www.stahuj.centrum.cz/utility_a_ ... ldiskinfo/ a přes Úpravy>kopírovat sem dejte log.

Oba disky jsou v pořádku. Potom je možné jen jedno vysvětlení. Reinstal se z nějakých důvodů nezdařil, pokud se lagování vyskatuje vě více programech.

to mě taky napadlo - dokonce jsem šel do opravy windows přes CD, ale nic to nenašlo
v budoucnu zkusím další reinstal - vaše doporučené pořadí instalace? OS, drivery, aktualizace a pak programy? nebo něco obráceně..

tak jsem to dělal dobře - nevím proč je problém..
teď mě napadlo dát video na yt a i tam to je - zajímavé - je to tedy těmi videi - ale jsou to klasické formáty, cca 2 roky staré - nevím co se s němi stalo (mám je uložené na externáku)
každopádně díky za rady :)
