Omluva za vstup. Pokud stále proces System spotřebovává mnoho procesorového času, tak zkontrolujte teplotu CPU.
Často to bývá způsobeno tím, že přehřátý procesor aktivuje ochranu proti přehřátí,
v důsledku čehož se rapidně sníží výpočetní výkon CPU, což celý počítač zpomalí.
Použijte Hardware Monitor a screen hoďte sem.

MiliNess myslim si ze teplotou nebude to lebo hned ako nastartujem pocitac uz mam tam vyse 12% od toho NT Kernel a za taku chvilu si nemyslim ze sa tak zahreje... (ale mozem vyskusat, dat ho do chladnicky a uvidim mozno pomoze
...) ale aj tak dnes ho budem stlacenym vzduchom trochu cistit a potom mozem sem dat ten screen.

Tak jak vidíš sám, ani ISR, ani DPC rutiny to nijak zvlášť nezatěžují. Počet volání DPC a ISR rutin je v pohodě, časy vykonávání rutin jsou normální.
DPC rutiny max. v rozmezí 128 až 256 µsec celkem pouze 1 volání (a to občas vykonávání některých DPC na jiných systémech trvá i několik ms)
ISR rutiny max. v rozmezí 64 až 128 µsec a to pouze 16 volání.
Největší aktivita v diskovém a síťovém a grafickém subsystému, což bývá normální.
1) Stáhni CrystalDiskInfo, v nabídce Úpravy zvol Kopírovat a obsah schránky sem vlož pomocí Ctrl+V. Podíváme se na disk, jestli nemůže docházet k přepínání do režimu přenosu dat PIO.
2) V Ovládací panely->Nástroje pro správu->Prohlížeč událostí->klikni pravým myšítkem na protokol Systém, vyber Uložit všechny události jako, ulož to jako .evt soubor a ten upni na http://www.leteckaposta.cz
3) Mrknem na ty teploty. Spusť HeavyLoad a Hardware Monitor. V HeavyLoad spusť zátěžový test, po 10 min udělej screen Hardware Monitoru a hoď ho sem.
4) Stáhni Process Explorer, spusť ho jako správce, otevři proces System, přepni se na záložku Threads a srovnej seznam podle vláken, které spotřebovávají nejvíce procesorového času. Tam uvidíš, které rutiny ta "nejnáročnější" vlákna právě provádí.
V procesu System totiž neběží jen DPS a ISR rutiny, ale i ostatní systémová a pracovní vlákna, která vykonávají jak rutiny jádra a HALu, tak rutiny ovladačů.

Re: Vytazenie CPU s NT Kernel & System
Disk vypadá v pohodě. Minimálně žádný problém, který by přinutil ovladač portu disku začít používat k přenosu dat PIO mód.
Sice nevidím teplotu procesoru, ale podle teploty chipsetu usuzuji, že teplota fakt bude v normě.
V protokolu událostí taky nic závažného.
To vlákno s ID 4848 (na prvním místě v Process Exploreru) zatěžovalo CPU stále nebo se ta vlákna na první pozici často střídala?
Ta rutina jádra KeReleaseInStackQueuedSpinLock kterou na obrázku právě provádí to vlákno 4848 totiž nenělá nic tak náročného.
Pouze uvolňuje zásobníkový otočný zámek s frontou, což je synchronizační nástroj. Kdyby vlákno soupeřilo o přidělení zámku, pak bych to i chápal, uvolňování ale není nic tak náročného.
Napadlo mě, zda nemáš nějak blbě nastaven napájecí profil (nemáš v něm stažený max. povolený výkon CPU)
Spusť příkazový řádek jako správce a napiš příkazy:
chcp 1252 a enter
powercfg -q > C:\power.txt a enter
Pak upni soubor C:\power.txt
Můžeš sem hodit i screen z CPU-Z.
Pokud by ale CPU nepracoval na maximum, ty časy vykonávání DPC a ISR by byly výrazně vyšší.

Tak to nechápu. Zkus v pokročilém nastavení napájení nastavit Minimální stav procesoru na 100%, jestli to bude dělat také.
Nevytěžuje to nějaký konkrétní ovladač. Fungoval ten NTB s Windows 7 vůbec někdy normálně?

Skusil som, ale to iste. Ten notebook je asi pol roka stary a vsimol som si to nedavno... a mal som to. Potom som to nedavno (pred 1 tyzdnom) preinstlaoval a stale to mam...

Compaq Presario CQ57-304SC, bios ma vraj F.34 (urcene podla HP Support Assistent).

F34 je úplně první uvolněná verze BIOSu. Nejnovější dostupná verze je F46. Určitě udělej update, mohlo by to mít původ právě ve firmwaru.
Když už tam budeš, můžeš updatnout i ovladače. HP. HP má jako jeden z mála výrobců, docela aktuální verze ovladačů.

No takze, skusal som ten uptade BIOSu ale nepodaril sa. Normalne som spustil instalacku, restartoval sa a dal som instalovat a zacal sa instalovat. Potom to overoval a nakoniec sa uz len resetoval. Pozrel som sa do HP Support Service a BIOS verzia je stale 34... dkonca som to skusil aj 2x! Nahodou nemal by som to nejako instalovat z USB alebo CD?
Edit: pri instalovani som mal zapojenu externu klavesnicu a mys, a zdroj. Moze to byt problem?

Nene, děláš to správně. Zkus se na verzi BIOSu mrknout v programu CPU-Z na záložce Mainboard nebo můžeš použít třeba Everest.
