Program jsem měl od poslední diagnostiky nainstalovaný, takže jsem jej nejprve nestahoval a otvíral jsem již jednou instalovaný program. Bohužel po rozkliknutí ikony se neobjevila úvodní obrazovka ale jen bílé okno. Po chvilce program napsal, že neodpovídá. Takto jsem zkusil dvakrát. Poté jsem program odstranil přes správe a odinstalovat. Následně jsem program stahnul ze zaslaného linku a instaloval znovu. Program po prvním otevření po nové instalaci opět vrátil hlášku, že neodpovídá. Zkusil jsem opakované přeinstalování a nyní již běží normálně, log vkládám níže.

Jediná hodnota, která vybočuje z normálu je tato:

Ovšem program mi neřekne, k čemu se vztahuje. Může to být i haluz. Jinak OK. Takže příčina modré smrti zůstává záhadou. Může se jednat jak o chybu softwarovou, tak hardwarovou. Prověřili jsme prakticky vše. Další postup je buď servis, nebo postupná výměna všech komponent. Připouštím, že problém může být i ve špatném kontaktu, nedotlačené desce do slotu, nedotlačeném konektoru. Zkrátka záhada.

Dobrý den. Našel jsem nefunkční program Intel Rapid Storage Technology, který mi hlásil chybu. Jelikož jde o docela zásadní věc v mém PC, tak hodnotím, že pády mohly být způsobeny tímto. Aplikaci jsem přeinstaloval společně s ovladači, nyní hlásí normální chod a zatím je systém stabilní. Ještě uvidím po pár dnech provozu. Děkuji zatím za pomoc.

Zdravím po delší odmlce.

PC mi v jeden den spadlo asi 10-15x. Vypozoroval jsem souvislost mezi spuštěným chromem s několika záložkami a jakoukoli jinou aplikací = pád. Dále pak systém padal, když byly otevřené dva chromy s dohromady asi 5-10 kartami. Někdy to už pak padalo i když jsem dal po BSOD obnovit relaci chromu. Jakmile se začaly karty načítat = pád.

Zpomalení chromu bylo po druhé až třetí relaci u pc značné, takže jsem opět použil Váš nástroj na promazání prohlížečů. Následně byl chrom již v původní kondici. Po dalších několika relacích opět došlo ke zpomalení. Použil jsem CCleaner na protokoly i na cookies. U protokolů mi to ukázalo zajímavou shodu chyb, které se opakovaly už delší dobu. Nevím ale zdali před či s nebo až po opakovaných BSOD. Chyba byla se zněním ZLAVSCAN a ZLAVSCAN 1.0. Zkusil jsem tedy googlit a našel jsem, že se toto vyhodnocuje jako malware, ale jinde se psalo, že jde o součást mého firewall ZoneAlarm. Můj legální Eset má přeci vlastní firewall, takže proč bych měl mít dvě, když se mohou i oslabovat? Zkusil jsem tedy ZoneAlarm odinstalovat se všemi součástmi a poté jsem opět prohnal čištění protokolů a chyby už se neopakovaly. Nyní je to od té doby dokonce i bez BSOD. Systém je stabilní. Zkusil jsem zatěžkávací test: Otevřel jsem chrom se 70 kartami, pak druhý chrom se 40 kartami a třetí chrom s 10-15 videi na youtube, která běžela, Word, Powerpoint a Battlefield 3 na veškerá nastavení Ultra. Systém stabilní. Nic nepadalo, ani se nezpomalovalo. Zkusil jsem tedy hru a chrom vypnout a poté nahodit chrom přes otevření nedávno zavřených karet. Opět se načetlo asi 130 oken ve třech prohlížečích a vše bylo a doteď je stabilní. Patrně se tedy podařilo problém vyřešit.

V ZoneAlarmu bych ale zakopaného psa opravdu nehledal...

ZA mohl být v kolizi s firewallem Esetu. Vše je tedy v pořádku?
