Časté restartování pc při hraní her

Dobrý den,

poslední dobou se mi čím dál častěji objevují pády celého systému, bez dump logu. Počítač se po chvilce hraní, některých her sám restartuje. Velmi by mi pomohlo identifikovat zdroj těchto pádů. Osobně mám podezření na grafickou kartu, případně zdroj/PSU. Grafickou kartu mám EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 GAMING, 11GB GDDR5X. PSU mám EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3. Ještě bych rád dodal, že jsem dělal Memtest a nebyla nalezena žádná chyba na pamětícch ram. Včera jsem prováděl 3d mark zátěžový test (stress test), 20x běžel náročný grafický benchmark, dohromady to jelo okolo 25 minut, naměřená teplota neměla žádné výkyvy, postupně se zvedala z 60°C na nejvyšší dosaženou teplotu na GPU 70°C, na procesoru 35-50°C. Počítač se během náročného testu nerestartoval. Nejsem si ale jistý jak dál postupovat a už vůbec nevím, jak bych mohl lépe identifikovat zdroj. Prosím poraďtě jak mám postupovat.

Stáhněte, nainstalujte a spusťte HWMonitor: https://www.instaluj.cz/hwmonitor . Po ustálení hodnot sem dejte screen z jeho okna.

Ne, nemám to zapotřebí. Je to vlastní výběr komponent a sestava na míru od Alzy. Jediný důvod proč jsem si PC kupoval bylo bezstarostné hraní her, žádné experimenty. Pokud by mi nestačil výkon, přikoupím, ale zatím vše zvládá, až na ty pády co se začaly objevovat měsíc, dva zpět. Aktuálně jsem zkusil ještě jednu věc. Vrátil jsem zdrojový kabel do původní zástrčky a původní prodlužky. To byla jediná změna, kterou si uvědomuji. Zatím, co jsem testoval mi to nepadlo. Ale budu dál testovat, jelikož mi hra bežela teprve chvíli.

zatím jsem zaznamenal pád vždy při hraní her, různé hry, např. FrostPunk, Builders of Egypt, nikdy ne pouze při užívání PC, určitě je to spojeno s vyšším odběrem

OK, také si to myslím. Pak by nezbylo (v přpadě dalšího pádu), než na zkoušku vyměnit zdroj

Dobrá, tak v tom jsme za jedno, mám v plánu koupit stejný zdroj a pouze odmontovat stary a nasadit již používané kabely do nového, ozvu se pokud by nepomohlo, případně pokud všechny aktivity co jsem udělal již nepomohly. Velmi děkuji za ochotu pomoci. Zatím se mějte.

OK. Kabely před použitím s novým zdrojem raději zkontrolujte. I v nich je chyba možná.

Dobrý den,

tak se hlasím zpět. Dnes po všech testech na všech hrách, kde pády byly obyčejně do 1 minuty od spuštění, ať dělám, co dělám, žádný pád.

Bylo to tedy zřejmě sílou/kvalitou elektrického proudu/napětí v daném elektrickém kabelu, případně zásuvce. Uf, to jsem si oddechl. No pokud by se to mělo opakovat, vyměním absolutně všechny kabely a možná koupím active UPS. Nicméně dost mě to překvapuje, bydlím v novostavbě a všechny by tu mělo být nové.

Snad to takto vydrží, mockrát děkuji za pomoc.

Zdravim Rudy,

od naší poslední výměny příspěvků jsem narazil na závodní hru, u které po odpočtu startu závodu přesně a vždy došlo k restartu, 3, 2, 1, restart. Otestoval jsem to asi 5krát za sebou a vždy v podobném duchu restart.

Objednal jsem tedy nový zdroj na Alze, 1600w, s tím že pokud by to nebylo způsobeno zdrojem, půjdu dál v seznamu, grafika, motherboard..

Včera dorazil tento zdroj a já jsem ho vyměnil za starý. Byl to trochu boj, protože oproti 850 je tak 2,5 násobně větší. Ale dostal jsem ho dovnitř, zapnul jsem závodní hru. A ejhle, 3, 2, 1, závod :-)

Bylo tedy správné si myslet, že problém byl způsoben zdrojem. Počítač se mi už 3 den samovolně nerestartoval po žádné hře.

Teď mohu s jistotou říct, že je problém konečně vyřešen.

Tak to jsem rád. Obvykle radím se dražší součást nejprve vypůjčit a vyzkoušet. Jsem rád, že vše dobře dopadlo.
