N360 zálohování

Dobrý den,

mám problém s antivirem N360 a jeho zálohování na online úložiště, když dám zálohovat tak to skončí chybou "Došlo problému se zálohováním. Zkontrolujte připojení cílové jednotky nebo zařízení a opakujte akci." Dělá to už 3 dny, před třemi dny to hlásilo chybu " Nebylo možné spustit kvůli údržbě prováděné na účtu pro zálohování online". Disk zálohy vidím v "Tento počítač", můžu projíždět jeho složky, ale obnovit už nikoliv.
Další zarážející věcí je, že my to píše že mám na online zálohování 4GB, a přitom licence je jen na 2GB.

Dělá to na 2 PC, bez ohledu kde jsem připojen k internetu.

Online Data team provadel prave ve zminovanych dnech postupnou udrzbu serveru/databaze a nektere z uctu zustaly v 'maintenance' modu (jiz vyreseno). Proto se u Vas objevila ta docasna nedostupnost zalohovani. Dnes dojde k dalsi udrzbe, avsak na funkci zalohovani by to nemelo mit vyraznejsi vliv.

děkuji za informace, ještě bych se rád zeptal, kde je chyba s těmi 4GB? 4GB se objevili v okamžiku kdy jsem prodloužil licenci, myslím si, že tam jsou ještě 2GB z minulé licence.
